Located within the LINC Innovation District in Portsmouth, the Wall Street corridor is part of a $19.3 million federal RAISE grant initiative focused on transforming High Street into a safer, more connected, and more accessible public space. The project supports long-term mobility and infrastructure improvements that strengthen connections throughout the downtown core.
Currently funded and in design, the initiative aims to enhance multimodal access, improve pedestrian and bicycle safety, and create a more cohesive corridor experience that supports continued growth and revitalization across the surrounding district.
